Repo with higher level components

@lavrton in #1920 you suggested to have a different repo with components which wouldn't be maintained as part of the main project.

I came up with this example https://github.com/tbo47/konva-components
It's components which are useful in my project. So maybe not useful for anybody else. I publish them under the name konva-es-components because the imports are for konva-es

Maybe we can do a https://github.com/konvajs/konva-components or something of the like (for konva, not konva-es)

Let me know if it's a option you'd like to explore
